The consequences of inaction are dire, with the monsoon wreaking havoc in Himachal, causing landslides, floods, and damage worth Rs 20,000 crore. But what if the tide is turning? What if the tools we need to accelerate regeneration are already at our disposal? Offshore wind, for instance, must overcome global and local obstacles to scale, but the benefits are too great to ignore. Of course, setbacks will occur, and we must be honest about them. But the macro trend is clear: we are heading towards a regenerative future. As we accelerate towards a regenerative future, we must prioritize the most vulnerable.
